Made from Chardonnay and Semillon fruit from the Brycefield Estate’s 20 year old vines. The grapes were vinified separately and expertly blended, before being turned into a sparkling delight by the cremant technique. The nutty richness of the Semillon together with the tropical flavours of the Chardonnay has produced a versatile, flavoursome wine suitable for toasting or pairing with a wide range of richer dishes.
